I once asked my mom how much she would pay if someone told her that they had video footage of her and my dad on their wedding day in 1984 (pictured above). Without missing a beat, she looked at me and said:

There isn’t a price I wouldn’t pay.

And that stuck with me. We really do understand why so many couples (like my parents) choose to pass on a wedding videographer. With all of the other wedding expenses adding up, the thought of adding a videographer seems overwhelming at best. But we also understand the value of a moment, and how much that value increases as the years go by. This heartbeat of our business was only further cemented when my parents, upon organing their attick, came across a dusty brown box of old 8mm tapes. After popping a few of them into their projector, they stumbled upon none other than my own grandparents wedding video: a video none of us had ever known existed. Unbeknownst to all of us, there was video footage from their wedding day in 1959: footage of them kissing, footage of their families, footage of them laughing! Unfortunately neither one of them are still with us today, so to say that stumbling upon their wedding video was a gift to me and my family would be an understatement.

So, enough blabbing- how does our pricing work? We believe and value that every wedding is unique, which is why we don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. Once we have talked over email or phone and decided the details, (hours of coverage, film format, vision for your day) we can send over a custom pricesheet. We understand just how expensive weddings are nowadays- if you want us as your videographers, we equally want to make something work!
